Hoy en día con la vida acelerada de la ciudad es esencial mantenerse relajado. Es normal tener un exceso de cosas que nos absorben y nos preocupan, es por esto que no hay que agobiarnos ni excedernos. De igual manera, es importante saber qué es lo que nuestra mente requiere para tranquilizarse.
Cabe mencionar que la tranquilidad y la relajación agilizan nuestras ideas, mejora nuestro humor, las relaciones interpersonales mejoran, pasamos mejores momentos con nuestra familia y amigos. En otras palabras, permanecer en estado de relajación mejora nuestra calidad de vida.
1 ser conscientes de lo que nos agobia.
La realidad de lo cotidiano es uno de los factores que genera estrés al igual que nuestra necesidad de tener todo de una manera inmediata, ya esperamos más y más las cosas cuando las ocupamos, ya no contamos con la paciencia.
Es por esto que es importante tomar conciencia de esos pensamientos estresantes. De primera instancia es identificar si vale la pena estresarnos o la realidad es que no es tan importante. Intenta ver las cosas de otro punto de vista.
2 Respira
Cuando nos encontramos en un estado de emociones fuertes, estrés, desesperación o cualquiera otra situación fuera de nuestra zona de confort, o si solo quieres tomar un paso atrás, se recomienda respirar de manera profunda, esto nos ayuda a relajarte.
Dedica algunos minutos para inhalar y exhalar. Esta práctica, nos ayudará a estar más tranquilos, ser conscientes de nuestros pensamientos, saber cómo relajarnos distanciarnos de todo lo que nos ocurre, por ende logramos la relajación.
3 Tener pensamientos calmantes
Incitar pensamientos calmantes da pie para cambiar la perspectiva. Simples frases como “respira”, “cálmate”, “no te presiones” en forma de mantra nos reprograma. Solo recuerda que nuestra mente es una máquina perfecta que tiene la capacidad de hacernos sentir una u otra cosa, según lo que nuestro estado mental requiere y deseos que tenemos.
4 Mantenerte activo.
Estar activos ayuda a distraernos de las preocupaciones olvidarnos por un rato de las cosas alteran nuestro estado anímico. Sin mencionar que cuando nuestra atención regresa, la mayoría de la veces nuestra perspectiva cambia, incluso resolver lo que no agobia.
5 Dormir
Dormir es una de las formas de relajación más efectiva, nuestra mente tiene la oportunidad de descansar de la sobre estimulación a la cual estamos expuestos. Si la mente descansa permite tener la claridad y poder manejar el estrés de una manera más efectiva. Las personas que tienen trabajos de alto nivel de estrés y largas horas se beneficial de dormir unos minutos. Aplicar esto cambia significativamente su actividad diaria.
