Es normal tener un exceso de cosas que nos absorben y nos preocupan, es\npor esto que no hay que agobiarnos ni excedernos. De igual manera, es\nimportante saber qu\u00e9 es lo que nuestra mente requiere para tranquilizarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que la tranquilidad y la relajaci\u00f3n agilizan nuestras\nideas, mejora nuestro humor, las &nbsp;relaciones interpersonales mejoran, pasamos\nmejores momentos con nuestra familia y amigos. En otras palabras, permanecer en\nestado de relajaci\u00f3n mejora nuestra calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 ser conscientes de lo que nos agobia. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad de lo cotidiano es uno de los factores que genera estr\u00e9s al\nigual que nuestra necesidad de tener todo de una manera inmediata, ya esperamos\nm\u00e1s y m\u00e1s las cosas cuando las ocupamos, ya no contamos con la paciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por esto que es importante tomar conciencia de esos pensamientos\nestresantes. De primera instancia es identificar si vale la pena estresarnos o la\nrealidad es que no es tan importante. Intenta ver las cosas de otro punto de\nvista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 Respira<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando nos encontramos en un estado de emociones fuertes, estr\u00e9s,\ndesesperaci\u00f3n o cualquiera otra situaci\u00f3n fuera de nuestra zona de confort, o si\nsolo quieres tomar un paso atr\u00e1s, se recomienda respirar de manera profunda,\nesto nos ayuda a relajarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedica algunos minutos para inhalar y exhalar. Solo recuerda que nuestra mente es una m\u00e1quina perfecta que\ntiene la capacidad de hacernos sentir una u otra cosa, seg\u00fan lo que nuestro\nestado mental requiere &nbsp;y deseos que\ntenemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 Mantenerte activo. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Estar activos ayuda a distraernos de las preocupaciones olvidarnos por\nun rato de las cosas alteran nuestro estado an\u00edmico. Sin mencionar que cuando\nnuestra atenci\u00f3n regresa, la mayor\u00eda de la veces nuestra perspectiva cambia,\nincluso resolver lo que no agobia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 Dormir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir es una de las formas de relajaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva, nuestra mente tiene\nla oportunidad de descansar de la sobre estimulaci\u00f3n a la cual estamos\nexpuestos. Si la mente descansa permite tener la claridad y poder manejar el\nestr\u00e9s de una manera m\u00e1s efectiva. Las personas que tienen trabajos de alto\nnivel de estr\u00e9s y largas horas se beneficial de dormir unos minutos.
